Create a new Internet Settings profile on your mobile phone with these given details:

    Profile Name: Tata Docomo(WikiForU)
    APN or Access Point Name: tata.docomo.dive.in
    Proxy: Enabled
    Proxy Address: 220.226.181.88
    Proxy Port: 8080
    Homepage: http://WikiForU.com

Now save this profile and set it as default.

2. Now Download Opera Mini Handler Application by Clicking on this link.

3. Install and open this application.

4. Edit its settings as:

Socket Server :

http://220.226.181.88.server4.operamini.com

Save others as before.

Now open any url like: WikiForU.com and browse free internet on your tata dacomo.
