Proxy Server Address : 010.004.042.015
Proxy Port : 8080

Now you need ucbrowser 8.0 after install this browser goto setting > access point > select AircelGprs and enjoy free internet on your mobile.
This trick testen on Nokia N70, N73, C6.00, C6-01, C7, N8.
