Go to Settings -> About Phone -> System update -> tap on Check Now button and check whether you got OTA update. If so no need to go further. Update your system and Enjoy….

    If not. follow the steps

    Go to Settings -> Apps -> All

    Find Google Services Framework

    open -> Force Stop -> tap on ok

    Clear data -> tap on ok

    Immedietly go to Settings -> About Phone -> now last update date should be changed to 1/1/1970

    Now tap on Check Now button. Njoy you got OTA update for Android 4.2.2

    If not do the process again.

Note : This trick will not work, if you give some time after Force Stop and Clear data of Google Services Framework.

After OTA update, you might face some issues like, not able to download app from Google Play or Google + might not work. Please follow the steps below to fix.

go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Google Services Framework -> Clear Data (Don’t Force Stop)

Then

go to Settings -> Google (under Accounts) -> Select account in which you are facing issue -> Remove Account

Reset Google Account again. You are done. Problems solved
